Privacy Policy

Account info (name, email, phone), uploaded marketplace data (orders, labels, settlement reports), and usage logs.

To provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (receipts, verification, alerts), and comply with legal obligations.

We never store your full card number. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors required to run the Service (Razorpay for payments, email provider for receipts, cloud hosting).

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access is role-based.

Active accounts: indefinitely. Deleted accounts: data is purged within 30 days, except where legally required to retain.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by emailing support@profitos.in.

We use cookies only for authentication and essential session state. No third-party tracking or ads.
