Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with ProfitOS. Here's our refund policy.

1. 7-Day Free Trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel anytime in the trial window for zero charge.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current paid month — no pro-rated refunds.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge or technical billing error
  • Subscription charged after a cancellation was confirmed
  • Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. How to Request

Email support@profitos.in from the registered email with your subscription ID. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Non-Refundable

Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle, unused features in a plan, and trial periods do not qualify for refunds.
